HELP!!!! (please post all problems here!)

Hi

I'm actually writing on behalf of my wife - she got fed up and asked me to try and work it out.

She clicked on her favourites link (http://www.fundox.free.fr) to get into wordox and the screen came up saying download Silverlight.

We already have it downloaded but decided to uninstall and then reinstall via the link. It downloaded Ok but then when we were expecting the game to load it stayed on the Silverlight prompt screen.

She is a regular player and was actually on earlier today. She tried to load her username to get on the forum but it said username unknown?

Any clues as to how this might be solved?

Hello,

This forum doesn't use the player accounts, you must create a new one.

Have you tried to clear the cache before accessing the game ? See http://www.bnl.gov/itd/webapps/browsercache.asp.

If it still doesn't work, try this :

- Uninstall Silverlight.
- Download CCleaner.
- Run CCleaner, click 'Analyze' and then 'Run cleaner'.
- Do the same in the 'Applications' tab.
- Click the "Registry" icon at the left of the window, click 'Scan for issues' and then 'Fix selected issues'. Read carefully all warning windows.
- Close CCleaner and reinstall Silverlight.

OK how the heck do I pose a question in here? My problem is, all of a sudden the grid (board) in fundox is reducing in size to a point where I can barely see it and hafta quit. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

The forum is monitored as much as possible but not 24/7.

This problem has not arisen before but as soon as 'the techies' have investigated we will post again

Well you can resize the board and chat window areas quite easily, look for the area between both and click and drag on it to resize to your personal preference. I can't say I've ever experienced the board itself being reduced in size, although it sometimes happens to the chat window.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, I would suggest trying another browser.
